Nowadays, privacy and cybersecurity cannot be considered two distinct issues. If privacy is a legal construct, cybersecurity is the technical method to put into action privacy.
That is the reason why a privacy legal consultant cannot be a good advisor if he lacks a strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
